Denise Holmes

We were searching for a home in the Madison area without much success. Our move was from about 80 miles away, not a business or corporate relocation but to be closer to family. We were becoming a bit disheartened but fortunately, by happenstance, we crossed paths with Denise Holmes. It was a first; we had finally encountered a Real Estate Agent and businesswoman who thoroughly understood the marketplace, truly cared and took a personal interest in us. It did not take long for Denise to discern exactly what we wanted in a home. Perhaps equally important to presenting homes that we would have missed, she was boldly yet sensitively willing to explain with clarity why we might not be happy with certain homes therefore saving wasted traveling and time. Quite suddenly, from Denise’s research, the home emerged that met our needs and desires. This was where Denise again , as a true professional, stood head and shoulders above the “Realtors” we have dealt with over the years. She demonstrated an innate ability to, quickly understand the local market situation for the property, develop and recommend a purchasing strategy and clearly possessed the critical and necessary knowledge; essential because multiple buyers were vying for the home. The counsel provided by Denise won the day. We have now been residing in Madison’s west side area for a few months.
